This made installing c clips so much easier. I had previously used Wiseco pistons that has the c-clip with the little tangs to grab ahold of. The Vertex piston I put in my KTM300 did not and I was having a hell of a time trying to get one in without scratching the piston. Even tried practicing on the old piston and c clips. Due to the thicker vertex wires I had to modify the c-clipper slightly, but i was able to install the piston and both c-clips in less than 5 minutes. For someone who does top ends several times a year you are probably practiced and wouldn't need this. I may do a piston every year between mine and my sons bike this is a life saver. I have used it 4 times and is one of the best investments for tools I have.Matt S. (30 May 2014, 16:29)

I installed the C-Clips in my son's sx50 in a matter of seconds. No fiddling with needle nose pliers, no scratching up the new piston when slipping with pliers. Whoever designed this tool should be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.Paul Sokolovas (29 Nov 2010, 18:05)
